I was invited to the official relaunch of Aruba Jakarta. I've never been to this Aruba Restaurant before but I was excited to see the interior and how their food taste like. Aruba is a casual dining and drinking concept, that aims to create a “beach bar in the city. Aruba Restaurant is located at Pasaraya Blok M, South Jakarta. Since my home is in Tangerang, so I need like an hour ++ to get to this place. At first, I thought that I was late but it turns out I am the first guest lol. Sadly, I can't really choose the seat, I initially wanted to sit on the sofa with my brother, but they said it was reserved :( well, moving on...

For their interior itself, I like it! I like how tropical it feels like. Those colorful chairs are so pretty. It's kinda boring for me to see restaurants these days are all the same, with modern Scandinavian kinda look, so Caribbean themed restaurant is a plus point. Another plus point? There are ping-pong table and billiard too. There are two levels in this restaurant. The first level is their restaurant and the second level is bar & lounge and also outdoor balcony.

This restaurant serving tapas, burritos, burger, bteak, pasta, sizzling plates, and Aruba signature dish, cruz pizza with pie as a dessert. They also have various cocktail drink. Their signature Aruba rum cocktails are Falernum Fizz, Bonaire Breeze, Bahama Rama, Rum Punch, and Aruba Punch.

There were live music, free drinks, and free tapas at their relaunch party. My favorite was their quesadilla. I haven't tried their other menu yet, but I will review their menu once I revisit this restaurant.
